We understand
Your savings depend on your electricity usage, roof, system size and how much solar energy you use during the day. We can assess your home and show you what your potential savings could look like.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. We size your system around your household’s electricity usage, roof space and future energy needs.
Yes. Queensland has excellent solar conditions, making solar a popular way for homeowners to reduce their reliance on grid electricity and protect themselves from rising power costs.
Without a battery, excess solar can generally be exported to the grid. With a battery, you can store more of your daytime solar and use it later when your household needs it.
Not necessarily. A battery can be valuable if you use a lot of electricity in the evening, want to increase your use of your own solar power, or want backup power during outages. We can help determine whether one makes financial sense for your home.
Your home can still draw electricity from the grid. If you have a suitable battery system, stored energy can also be used when solar production is low.
A standard grid-connected solar system normally shuts down during a blackout for safety. A properly configured battery backup system can keep selected circuits running during an outage.
Quality solar panels are designed to operate for decades, with manufacturers typically providing long-term performance warranties.
Most residential installations can be completed relatively quickly within a day, although the exact timeframe depends on the system, property and electrical requirements.
Solar systems generally require very little maintenance. Keeping panels reasonably clean and monitoring system performance can help ensure your system continues operating effectively.
Solar can be an attractive feature for buyers because it may reduce ongoing electricity costs. However, the impact on property value varies from home to home.
That’s where NE Solar comes in. We look at your electricity usage, roof, household requirements and future plans before recommending a system rather than simply selling you the biggest system available.

Booking a visit
After receiving your survey details Kirt will be in contact to book the time and day of your free quote

In this step we come out and view the property to find suitable locations for installation, look at the energy consumption and confirm any extras before sending the quote.

Design & Quote
We design a solar panel system on our software and let you know the options available to you. After confirming a design we then fill out the quote and email it to you.

Installation date
After the quote has been accepted and signed we will confirm a installation date that suits you.

Day of installation
Todays the day, Kirt & Team will arrive on the property early morning on the agreed date! Depending on your system size you could be genorating your own power by the end of the day!

Pack up
This is our final step.
After commissioning your solar system we begin our clean up, We guarantee that once we're done it will look like we were never there! Except of course for the new inverter & panels generating your energy needs!
I've been working in the solar industry ever since I started my electrical apprenticeship in 2006, Ballarat Victoria. After becoming a qualified electrical contractor I relocated to Gold Coast Queensland (best decision ever) I got certified and accredited in Solar & Solar Battery's at the time I was working under the company name In & Out Electrical Specialists. After focusing solely on Solar for the past 12 years I decided to rebrand and two years ago I launched North East State Solar! I'm proud to be a member of the Northeast State of Australia!
